I've found that word of mouth is a very powerful way to recruit. We offer referral incentives to our employees and we have found some incredible employees that way. Once a quarter we do an email blast reminding all the employees that they can receive a referral incentive by referring friends or family members. To date, outside of using CareerBuilder ads, it has been the most effective way to recruit top quality people.
