Recovery for a Well Known Retail Store
- After our Childrens' Dept. Supervisor decided to leave her position due to a great deal of unfortunate stress that had been involved & the fact that it started to cause her serious health problems, we were all very sad to see her leave. But, we all knew it was much better for her if she did!!...NO ONE can ever replace such a great Dept.Manager; Co-Worker & Most Inportant of All BEST FRIEND in the Whole World! It's just not the same & now one by one, our other co-workers are deciding to leave and follow her on their own! From lack of enough hours; too many hours; the BS involved etc...They will ALWAYS BE MY GREAT FRIENDS & THEY WILL ALL BE MISSED AS WELL! For those of us still there & still hanging in there til "OUR SOMETHING BETTER COMES ALONG" we are talking to each other about what happened;without saying too much & being there for support in our grieving process so that really does help - just ISNT THE SAME!! But we ALL agreed to try and get together as much as we can to hang out!

Coping With Loss
- I offered to help with resume writing, job searching, and with networking. Being able to offer concrete assistance made me feel a bit better about losing valued colleagues, who I'll miss.
