Share the Worst Job You've Ever Had
As I completed my MBA, I took up a job that came my way with a DSA (A S Max), of Reliance Info at Andheri, Mumbai. It was a sales job wherein we had to approach commercial industry customers. I learned that I had to be a born liar to do any sort of marketing which was quite frustrating. I had also come across few weird characters during this process. I decided that i would never want to get into this profession. I decided to quit, but finally the Boss of the DSA never paid me my salary which was supposed to be paid.
What Made This Job Your Worst Job - Ever
1. I had to be a consistent liar
2. The company did not pay me
3. I had to meet up with so many ill-natured people
4. The company did not offer an appointment letter which states the terms and conditions of employment.
Tips and Tricks
- I would have to be a confident liar
- Bold in nature to reprimand during worst situations
- Get the company signed on a written agreement before getting into a job.
