This next week is National Make Someone Smile Week and, in conjunction, I am requesting ideas about what your organization does that makes your employees smile. Employee motivation is a long term favorite of my site readers and I’d like to provide you the opportunity to share the things your workplace is doing to create a motivational workplace for employees.

A motivational workplace is one in which employees offer that discretionary energy to promote the accomplishment of your shared mission and vision. I will credit you – or not, your choice – when I publish your ideas.
