When I started to work, I was at Banco Bradesco in the Personnel Department and I had never listened to talk about Human Resources and didn't have University classes about it, but I was starting my path.
Tell How You Came to Work In a Human Resources Career
I liked to talk with people, listen about their problens professionally and help them. Then, the first University to start classes about Human Resources was Anhembi Morumbi and I went to study there for four years. I learned about everything in Human Resources and became an analyst, after a supervisor and now I am a manager.
I want to be a Human Resource Director from here in five more years.
I worked in recruitment and selection, benefits, training, implementation of classification and compensation policy, negotiation with labor unions and other things.
I have worked in differents market segments like Telecom, IT, Finance Institute, Call Center, Transports and services about recruitment.
I love to work with Human Resources, despite all opposition. It's very fulfilling.

- Give advice;
- Study and read a lot about people, careers and behaviours;
