Employee Leave and Vacation

Employers provide employee leave in the form of vacation, sick time, personal time, or paid time off (PTO) as a standard portion of an employee benefit package. When you are recruiting and hoping to retain superior employees, your employee leave and paid time off policies make a difference.
Paid Holidays
