The voting phase of the About.com annual Human Resources Readers' Choice Awards has begun.

The Human Resources Readers' Choice Awards allows you to shine a light on your favorite HR websites and tools.

These are the finalists and voting will run from February 19 at 10:00 a.m. through March 19. The winner in each category will be announced on March 27.

Thank you very much for participating in the 2013 Human Resources Readers' Choice Awards.

I don’t know that there is a category directly for this site and application but I think this free tool for individuals and companies on value is very worthy of something.

I can choose it as “Best Tool to Use for Recruiting Employees” among the given eight options. In fact I consider it as ‘The Best Site for Learning Contemporary HR Practices’ specially in context of my Country (Bangladesh)
