How to increase emotional intelligence is a popular and pursued topic on this site. The first step is knowing where and how you need to improve emotional intelligence.
Some people gush emotional intelligence to the point that they are dysfunctional as business advisors because of their single fixation on emotions and people. Others are clueless about their impact on coworkers, executive colleagues, and reporting employees. Each is a significant downside for employees and their careers.
In my quest, and belief, that people can improve their emotional intelligence, I found this test applicable and interesting. So might you.

Dear Susan,
what does INTJ stads for?

thanks for this post. was really helpful.
Hi Hisham,
Introverted Intuitive Thinking Judging – A lot of the interpretation should be based on the percentage of strength. My strongest is Intuitive.
Thank you for joining in.
Susan
Hisham, I would encourage you to get an understanding of personality type in order to fully appreciate your profile as an ISTP. Lots of good reference material is available online, but there is also a lot of gibberish to get past. too. I’d recommend you consult http://www.myersbriggs.org which is run by the Myers-Briggs Foundation. Type is much, much more than 4 letters and a few buzz words. It’s a fascinating topic worthy of some honest study. Best wishes!
