Need a Win? You Have to Enter to Win

Need something to get excited about? The Stevie Awards announced this week that they are accepting entries in the Seventh Annual American Business Awards (ABA).

“Especially in tough economic times like these, participating in awards shows is a cost-effective way to thank and honor your valued employees and to build or burnish your brand,” said Michael Gallagher, president of the Stevie Awards. “The 2009 American Business Awards will shine a spotlight on the achievements that American organizations, executives and workers continue to turn out.”

The ABA accepts entries in dozens of categories ranging from Company of the Year to Best New Products or Service to Best Website and Best Annual Report. The Human Resources category offers awards for best department, best executive, and best team. But, you might want to look at the other categories for your organization, too; they include management, marketing, and more. You can order an entry kit and apply.
