Hi Susan

Remuneration. I know that we are moving into the relationship economy (or whatever you want to call it). Generation Y is demanding more free time and the employers more output. How do you remunerate people for output and not for time? How do you remunerate for individual needs?…the young upstart are more interested in cash for a new car than in the retirement package. With the 45-year-old baby boomer, it might be the other way around.

I know that our working environments are changing. How do we adapt our remuneration structures to adapt to these changes?

That would be a real help.

Keep well

Derik
