Tips for Training Transfer

Years ago, I worked closely with a large corporation to develop training and organization development solutions for organizational ills. Today, I am most likely to work long term with small to mid-sized clients in brief, weekly training sessions. I find that the reinforcement, the ongoing discussion, and the completion of assignments is really helpful to training transfer, the application of principles learned in training in the real workplace. And, isn't that the point of training?
