Holiday Pay Practices: Your Legal Requirements

The holiday season is a quiet time when you are a consultant. Not too many clients schedule events from Thanksgiving until mid-January. The challlenge, of course, is that half the people needed for meetings are taking PTO for vacation and to share the season with family. So, for an employer, the holiday season is challenging.
