Dress for Work Success: A Business Casual Dress Code

As summer is upon us, it may be time to re-emphasize appropriate attire for work. I can see the business casual standard slipping already in my workplace. The most amazing fashion trend for me the past couple of years has been women wearing capris to work. Even Cynthia Nellis, About's Fashion Guide, says no women look good in them. And, I think they're way too casual for a professional office.

The Company's objective, in establishing a dress code, is to enable employees to project a professional, business-like image while experiencing the advantage of more casual and relaxed clothing.
