Poll Results: Do HR Leaders Need a Degree?

In my recent poll, Do HR Leaders Need a Degree?, with nearly 500 votes in, 55 percent of the voters think an HR leader absolutely, most likely, or probably needs a degree. I was surprised that the votes in favor of a degree were not higher. See my article on the topic: Do HR Leaders Need a Degree?
