On Friday, we did a reduction in force at a client company that was necessitated by the financial health of the business. We are also changing the business model significantly and many positions became unnecessary. The staff reductions will reduce costs and make the business successful going forward. The reduction is still heart breaking for the people let go, the managers involved and the people who remain in the organization. With this in mind - everyone is in pain.
