Retention Resources: How to Keep Your Best

This was a huge recruiting week for me. We're filling nineteen positions and each requires an extensive search. This hands-on experience is also enriching the Recruit and Hire the Best E-course. I add the tools, forms and checklists as soon as I create them. They are works in process, too. As I update and improve them, I'll add the improvements to the articles and the course.
