Harassment Resource
If co-workers harass co-workers, frequently, employers are found "not liable" in court. But, if the individual charged has any power over the second co-worker (such as the power of a team leader or lead operator), the employer can be held liable even if the employer did not know the harassment was occurring. Important is the employee's perception of the individual co-worker's power to affect his or her career.
